Nadhim Zahawi praises work of local volunteers

Local MP, Nadhim Zahawi, has paid tribute to the work of the Studley Isolation Support Group during the coronavirus pandemic.

The SISG was set up last March and its volunteers have provided support to those in need in the community throughout these difficult times.
The 65 dedicated volunteers have carried out 4,357 tasks over the 307 days since the Group was set up.

With the help of Studley Castle and Studley in Business, the SISG has also provided gift bags for residents who were isolating.

Nadhim said: "I send my deepest thanks to this incredible team for the support they have provided to Studley residents."
