Following the first TraffiC Summit in July I'll be holding a follow-up summit on the 3rd of October at the Stratford ArtsHouse (formerly the Civic Hall) I am determined that we sort out Stratford’s traffic problems and this is the next step in that journey. Since the last meeting the County Council have gone away and looked at some of the suggestions raised, as well as their own data and modelling. This meeting will be a chance for people to learn about the impacts of particular proposals and to provide their feedback. Those attending will see proposals developed by the County Council in response to ideas raised at the 4th of July meeting, and get to have their say on both the problem and the proposed solutions. I'll be leading the meeting and it will also be attended by the Councillors and Council Officers responsible for highways. Doors will open at 5:45pm with the meeting scheduled for a 6 o’clock start.
